The project is a 4-story development senior housing which includes a community room and learning center, 2 laundry rooms, and a central landscaped courtyard. Each unit is designed to have 95% maximum daylighting and flow-through ventilation. Other green design items include solar water heating and recycled materials. The ground floor will offer 30 spaces of parking and a project-specific recycling facility.
